Concrete Replacement Work Michigan

Sidewalk:

• Remove and replace individual sections of walk

• Replacement of complete sidewalk systems (This may be necessary to eliminate trip hazards, solve standing water problems or change layout)

Catch Basins/Storm Sewers:

• Rebuild structure with new concrete block or
  precast concrete sections

• Adjust height to promote proper water drainage

• Surrounding pavement will be replaced with a heavy-duty concrete “collar” (This will provide much longer life than the original asphalt pavement)

Concrete Curb:

• Remove and replace small sections of curbing damaged by snow plows, etc.

• Completely replace long runs of curbing with widespread deterioration and restore proper water drainage.

Approaches:
